Course content
1. Introduction, Fundamentals of constitutional argumentation, sources of constitutional law 2. The Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic 3. Basic principles of constitutional disputes. 4. Constitutional law in practice - Legislative power. 5. Constitutional law in practice - Executive power. 6. Constitutional law in practice - Judicial power. 7. Constitutional law in practice - Elections and political parties. 8. Constitutional law in practice - Fundamental rights. 9. Constitutional law in practice - Personal freedom. 10. Constitutional law in practice - Prohibition of discrimination. 11. Constitutional law in practice - Personal freedom, the right to privacy. 12. Constitutional law in practice - The right to a fair trial. 13. Constitutional law in practice - Property law; Social rights.
