Course content
1. Introduction, Fundamentals of constitutional argumentation, sources of constitutional law 2. Constitutional justice; constitutional foundations of civil and criminal proceedings, the relationship between administrative justice and constitutional law. 3. Process procedure of a criminal case in the constitutional context I. 4. Process procedure a civil matter in the constitutional context I. 5. Process procedure of administrative matters in the constitutional context 6. Process procedure of a criminal case in the constitutional context II. 7. Process procedure of a civil matter in the constitutional context II. 8. Process procedure of a criminal case in the constitutional context III. 9. Process procedure of a civil matter in the constitutional context III. 10. Proposal to the Constitutional Court in a criminal case 11. Proposal to the Constitutional Court in a civil matter 12. Proposal for annulment of the law to the Constitutional Court 13. Final summary
