The course acquaints students with the principles and methods of business process optimization. 1. Introduction to business process optimization 2. Process definition 3. Business process models 4. Business process modeling methods 5. Business process modeling tools 6. Optimization of business processes 7. Visualization of business processes 8. Theory of constraints 9. Business process improvement metrics 10. Balanced Scorecard, cockpit 11. Principles of OPIE - I projects 12. Principles of OPIE projects - II 13. Current trends of OPP
