The course provides students with information about individual areas of human resources management system especially in industrial company. 1. Introduction to human resource management 2. HRM strategy: Human resource planning 3. Jobs and job creation 4. Recruitment and selection of employees: overview of methods and procedures 5. Onboarding and orientation of new employees 6. Performance management: overview of methods and procedures 7. Evaluation and remuneration; release and dismissal of employees 8. Education and development: How organizations support the professional development of employees 9. Leadership and talent management: How organizations nurture future leaders 10. Corporate culture, teamwork, and modern trends in HRM
