Lectures: Definition of the discipline, introduction to the topic The basic objektive conditions of the high quality of life - nutrition, water, air, physical environmental parameters, methods of assessment, recommended optimal values. Conditions for a healthy development of the young organism - environment and facilities for children and adolescents, education for health and wellness stays. Occupational Hygiene - working environment, hazardous work, chemical pollutants and biological limits, occupational diseases. The rules of hygiene of health facilities. Hygiene of Nutrition - compositional components of food, nutrition and primary prevention, food services, health risks from dietary, assessment of nutritional status of man, the principles of adequate dietary practice. Prevention of civilization diseases through healthy lifestyle, principles of promoting and enhancing health. The issue of a drug addiction. Adictology
