Lectures 1. Chest injuries - first aid. 2. Abdominal injuries - first aid. 3. Musculoskeletal injuries, bone fractures - first aid. 4. Musculoskeletal injuries, joint and muscle injuries - first aid. 5. Thermal injuries: general overheating of the organism, burns - first aid. 6. Thermal injuries: frostbite, hypothermia - first aid. 7. Chemical injuries - burns, skin, mucous membranes, eyes, burns of the mouth and throat, esophagus and stomach 8. Electric shock. 9. Inhalation of suffocating and irritating substances. 10. Polytrauma 11. The most common acute and critical conditions in adults - acute heart attack, cerebral stroke, pulmonary embolism, sudden abdominal stroke, collapses, hypoglycaemic states. 12. Most common acute and critical conditions in adults - asthma attack, allergic reaction and anaphylaxis, hyperventilation tetany, epileptic seizure. Acute conditions in obstetrics 13. Most common acute and critical conditions in children - acute subglottic laryngitis, acute epiglottitis, foreign body aspiration, febrile convulsions. Seminars 1. Practical first aid training for chest injuries. 2. Practical first aid training for abdominal injuries. 3. Practical first aid training for musculoskeletal injuries - bone fractures. 4. Practical first aid training for musculoskeletal injuries - joint and muscle injuries. 5. Practical first aid training in general overheating of the body, burns. 6. Practical first aid training in frostbite, hypothermia. 7. Practical first aid training for burns. 8. Practical first aid training for electric shock 9. Practical first aid training for inhalation of suffocating and irritating substances. 10. Practical first aid training in polytrauma. 11. Practical first aid training in acute heart attack, cerebral stroke, pulmonary embolism, sudden abdominal stroke, collapse, hypoglycaemia 12.
