Course content
|
Lectures: - First contact with the patient. Importance of anamnesis as a part of medical documentation. - Current illness. Basic functions and deviations. - Overview of examination methods in internal medicine - Principles of laboratory examination, indications, brief overview of methods. - General inspection, body surface. - Illness, symptoms, course and prognosis. - Basic physical examination (sight, touch, listening, tapping). Tutorials: - Examination of the head, neck and oral cavity - Examination of the chest, heart and lungs, breasts, armpits - Examination of the abdomen and abdominal organs - Examination of the musculoskeletal system - Examination of limbs - Examination of the nervous system - Examination of the rectum and anus
