Occupational therapy in the treatment of panic attacks 6. Occupational therapy in sleep disorders 7. Cognitive behavioral approach 8. Self-awareness and self-presentation 9. Transference and countertransference in therapy 10. Emotions 11. Assertive communication 12. Self-knowledge techniques

will explain the principles of occupational therapy for anxiety disorders, depression, OCD, addictions, panic attacks and sleep disorders and describe the impact of everyday activities on the client's mental health and stability
characterizes the basics of CBT and describes its use in occupational therapy
defines types of addictions and their possible impact on the client's life; characterizes occupational therapy interventions in the treatment of addictions
characterizes transference and countertransference in the therapeutic relationship and the influence of the therapist's personality on the course of therapy
explain the importance of self-reflection for the work of a therapist

works with the client's thought patterns and supports behavioral change through targeted activities
supports emotional regulation through occupational therapy interventions
