|
Lectures syllabi: 1. Objectives and functions of therapeutic physical training, fitness exercise, principles and implementation. 2. Structure of a training unit ? breathing exercise, positioning, passive and active movements, preparation and training of sitting and standing, preparation and training of walking with crutches. 3. Relaxation basics ? Jacobson?s method, autogenous training of J. H. Schultz. 4. Passive upper and lower limbs articulation exercise 5. Active exercise ? self-care training, elimination functions support. 6. Excursion to therapeutic spas and rehabilitation facilities.
