Course content
|
1st Complex physical therapy in traumatology. Comprehensive physiotherapy in damage to the skin, joints, tendons, muscles and blood vessels, burns, fractures to the upper extremity, lower extremity, spine fractures and their complications after luxation in the upper limb and lower limb damage at hand. 2nd Complex physical therapy in surgery. Pre-and post-operative care after surgery of the chest, abdomen and brain, physiotherapy in intensive care units. 3rd Complex physical therapy in orthopedics. The methodology and principles to poor posture, spine defects in the sagittal and frontal plane, for defects of the chest and defects of the upper and lower extremities. Methodology and principles of physiotherapy in operations while maintaining motion in the joint, the abolition movement in the joint, with correction of deformities. 4th Comprehensive physiotherapy in internal medicine . The methodology and principles for cardiac , metabolic diseases , hypertension . 5th Complex physical therapy in pediatrics . Use breathing gymnastics in diseases of the upper respiratory tract , bronchial asthma and other lung diseases. 6th Comprehensive physiotherapy in gynecology , obstetrics and urology . Methodology exercises in pregnancy , childbirth and the postpartum period. Effect of pelvic floor in stress and urge incontinence .

| Competences: After completing the course students under supervision, performs diagnostic aspection and palpation and the recommended rehabilitation plan based on theoretical knowledge and kinesiotherapy anamnesis applies the approach in practice. It uses aids and supports the client to take an active approach including education with the aim of maximum self-sufficiency, improve or maintain the status quo of of rehabilitation nursing, trauma, surgery, and selected diagnoses orthopedics and geriatrics. |

| Student will take an anamnesis, perform the anthropometric, goniometric examination, test the muscular activity, express the muscular dysbalance and level of posture, perform examination of aspects and palpation. Apply LTV procedures to practice, improve self-sufficiency, use aids. |
