Course content
1. Methods and forms of communication, communication schemes. 2. Principle and strategy of effective communication. 3. Techniques of active listening in communication. 4. Social perception and attributional styles in communication. 5. Effectively managing the interview and asking questions. 6. Principles of constructive criticism and effective negotiation strategies. 7. Neurolinguistic programming in communication. 8. Transaction analysis and scenarios in communication. 9. Disorders of effective communication in interpersonal relationships. 10. Passive and aggressive forms of communication, mobbing and bossing. 11. Assertive forms of communication, assertive techniques. 12. Conflicts, strategies for solving conflict situations. 13. Crisis communication, effective management of challenging life situations. 14. Mass communication, manipulative scenarios. 15. Effective management of social groups, cooperative forms of interaction.
