Course content
|
Introduction to the organizational structure and management of specific workplace, with its objectives , target groups , links to the network of institutions in the region with a similar focus , the role of the workplace in the system of social administration and relations with non-governmental organizations , other entities, sources of financing. Knowledge of legislation relating to the area and orientation in them. Getting to know the specific work procedures and techniques used by working in the organization. Introduction to the documentation held in the workplace Integration into the work team collaboration on assignments , self- fulfillment of administrative and organizational tasks. Application and verification of theoretical knowledge in practice . Deepening the basic communication skills. Learning to accept and transmit specific information , process reports , collect data and supporting materials to study literature in relation to professional growth. Search problems in the monitored area , proposals to address relevant experts and to take a stand on the proposed measures .
