Course content
|
The course focuses on the implementation and evaluation of the doctoral student's teaching practice, conducted in a full-time study format and limited to 26 hours per semester. The content includes: Organization of Teaching - planning and preparing the educational intervention in the FDU ZČU studio, an inter-studio workshop, or another agreed form of instruction. Implementation of Teaching Practice - conducting lessons, presenting, and interpreting the principles of the student's own creative activity or research process. Methodological Reflection - applying pedagogical principles, adapting teaching methods according to the needs of participants and the teaching environment. Evaluation and Self-reflection - analyzing one's own pedagogical approach, assessing teaching effectiveness, and presenting complex creative or research processes. Collaboration and Consultation - agreeing on the content, format, and scope of professional practice with the supervisor; discussing methodological and organizational issues. The aim of the course is to develop the doctoral student's pedagogical competencies, the ability to present and interpret their own creative or research work, and to critically reflect on the teaching process. Key Areas of Instruction: Principles of preparing an educational activity according to the chosen genre. Core content and the dynamics of content layers in teaching. Methods of dialogical teaching and reflective dialogue. Annotation, analysis, and adaptation of the implemented form of the educational activity.
