| They can describe individual hospital wards and can provide patients with correct information; navigate throughout the hospital. |
| Students are able to obtain patients´ personal details and their present and former symptoms; provide important information and make appointments over the phone. |

| Students chan specify pre and post operative care, the operating theatre. |
