Course content
Verbs, verb phrases. Reading comprehension, discussion. Further reading, independent reading. Expressing necessity. Negative clauses. Jobs in technology Reading comprehension, specialists texts according to students' fields of study, analysis, sources. Writing a glossary of technical terms. Graphs, tables, explaining technical data. Similarity, declining adjectives - hard paradigm, ordinal numbers, data. Practicing grammar. Words with opposite meaning. Describing devices and machines, their functions and features. Reading comprehension - technical texts, instructions and manuals. Describing faults and defects. Jobs. Expressing mutuality. Conjugation of verbs with a mobile stress. Dimensions, shapes, materials. Interrogative and relative pronouns. Using different verbs. Expressing necessity and probability (improbability), actions in past and future tense. Basic presentation skills. Examples of a successful presentation. Revision of grammar and vocabulary
