Course content
|
1. Labor safety 2. History of microscopic techniques 3. Basic optical principles 4. Construction of microscope, preparation of preparations. 5. Working with a stereoscopic microscope. 6. Electron microscopy, preparation of electron microscopy specimens 7. Pipetting, DNA isolation, agar gel preparation and DNA visualization on the gel, preparation of bacterial cultures. 8. Collection, preparation and preservation of plant and animal material 9. Types of staining of microscopic preparations 10. Watering of the tissue into paraffin binders, cutting and preparation of preparations 11. Documentation of biological objects (digital photography, drawing and computer graphics). 12. Basic laboratory and measuring instruments in biology (pH meter, oximeter, fluorimeter, electrophoresis, centrifuge, etc.). 13. Credit test.
