Lectures: 1+2. Geosystems - system approach in natural sphere, basic principles and terminology; 3. Universe - origin of the Universe from the historical point of view, origin and location of the Earth in the Universe; 4. Eartg - characteristics and basic terms; 5. Energy balance of the Earth - energy in natural geosystems and forms of energy; 6. Geophysical systems - gravimetry, geothermal energy, seismology and geomagnetism; 7. Atmospheric systems - atmosphere, evolution of atmospheric composition, interaction atmosphere-hydrosphere; 8. Hydrologic systems - water circulation in macro- and micro-scale, material flow, hydrologic balance; 9. Geologic and geomorphologic systems - global roc cycle, weathering, erosion-transport-sedimentation, system approach in geomorphology (eg. glacial system, fluvial system); 10. Biochemical cycles - cycles of basic substances (carbon, oxygen, nitrogen, phosphorus) and their significance for life; 11. Giogeographic cycles - global system of the life, plant-soil system; 12. Antropoghenic impact on natural geosystems - system approach in assessment of the environment. Seminars: Seminars are focused on identification of basic components of natural geosystems; description and clarification of basic principles; determination of analogous examples; design of schemes, graphs and tables; presentation and evaluation of personal subsystems.
