Distribution of water in particular physical geographical spheres. Fluvial systems - classification, particular features and development in time. Fluvial landforms. River basin and fundamental morphometric and morphological features of water streams. Measurement and analysis of hydrological data. Gravitational processes and landforms - classification according to origin and development. Particular features of gravitational geosystems and their time-scale development. Basic research methods of gravitational deformations (geophysical sounding and measurement of movements). Glacial geosystems - fundamental classification, their basic parts and time-scale development. Glacial landforms and their classification (based on their origin and development). Importance of glaciers for climate reconstructions throughout the Quaternary. Significance of geographical topics for teaching and education will be presented.
