1. European Union in political theory 2. Europeanization in polity, politics and policy 3. European Union as a political system 4. Policy cycle in the European Union 5. Actors of European public policy 6. Agenda-setting in the European Union 7. Formulation of public policies in the European Union 8. Deciding about public policies in the European Union 9. Implementation of public policies in the European Union 10. Evaluation of public policies in the European Union 11. Democratic deficit of the European Union? 12. Europeanization of public policies - "old" vs. "new" member states
