Course content
Social policy as the research topic within the framework of policy studies and policy research Development of social policy research in social sciences and the state of art in the Czech Republic Social policy domain, social policy functions and terminology Institutionalisation of social policies in the Czech Republic and European Union Policy making in social policy - important actors, tools and aims Practical consequences of particular social policies Legislative policy documents and its reference to social policies Advocacy policy documents and its reference to social policies Welfare state, its functions and critical reflexion
