Course content
Basic topics: 1. Chronology 2. Origins of mankind 3. Movable artefacts of the Palaeolithic - chipped stone industry (classification, production technology) 4. Movable artefacts of the Mesolithic - other (sculptures, ornaments) 5. Settlement in the Palaeolithic 6. Burial in the Palaeolithic and other ritual behaviour 7. Movable artefacts of the Mesolithic (classification of the chipped stone industry, production technology) 8. Settlement in the Mesolithic 9. Ritual behaviour in the Mesolithic, including burial

Learning activities and teaching methods
