Course content
1. Becoming familiar with various types of photographic cameras and their control. Emphasis will be put on the camera designed for studio work and also on private students' cameras used during the semester. 2. Introduction to studio work. 3. Developing black-and-white negative materials. 4. Developing black-and-white negative materials. 5. Processing of black-and-white positive materials. 6. Processing of black-and-white positive materials. 7. Processing of black-and-white positive materials. 8. Photography in Plein Air. 9. Photography in Plein Air. 10. Intervention in the photograph and experiment. 11. Intervention in the photograph and experiment. 12. Intervention in the photograph and experiment. 13. Principles of appropriate presentation.

to demonstrate the theoretical knowledge of photographic techniques and technology used in classical photography, understand the concepts: photographic device and its settings (aperture, time, exposure), photographic lens - types, parameters, to equip students with basic principles of illumination, color, line, and structure in photography to apply the knowledge of work with composition and composition of photographic image, knowledge of photographic genres and their most important representatives

his own photographic apparatus and apparatus for studios, photographed on black-and-white negative material, both in controlled lighting conditions of the studio and in the exterior, controls the studio and can optimally use it for that purpose, can use the flash meter when working with flash and exposure meter when working outside the studio, is able to independently evoke its own black and white negatives and evaluate them both technically and in terms of content, controls the characteristics of individual positive materials and can choose the most optimal, he can greatly enhance his shots, and the series will act in a balanced way both technically and artistically, Besides classical processing of black and white negative and positive materials, the student will also control specific techniques of image intervention and will also proceed to his own experiments, the resulting work is able to represent and defend quality
