Course content |
Lectures 1. Anatomy and physiology of female genitalia. 2. Physiological changes in pregnancy, contraception, IVF, primary care. 3. Acute conditions in gynecology. 4. Pregnancy diagnostics, physiological and pathological pregnancy, prenatal care. 5. Childbirth - pelvis, spontaneous delivery by head, resuscitation + treatment of newborn. 6. Pelvic end delivery, gemini, puerperium. 7. Premature birth. 8. Preeclampsia, eclampsia, HELLP syndrome. 9. Acute conditions in obstetrics. 10. Postpartal haemorrhagia, disorders III.-IV.DP, postpartum disorders. Exercises 1. - 2. Conception of the branch, its development and current state, ethics of planned parenthood and education to planned parenting, mother and child care, sociological aspects. 3. - 4. Inflammations, injuries, violent acts, tumor diseases, urinary incontinence. Pediatric gynecology in terms of access medical staff to a sick child. 5. - 6. Childbirth - normal, rapid, premature, prolonged, possible complications. 7. - 8. Sudden incidents in gynecology and obstetrics, especially in terms of life-threatening conditions. 9. - 10. Care for woman, mother, mother in puerperium, care for newborn, pathological newborn, resuscitation newborn and poresuscitation care.
