Lectures 1. Disaster medicine - basic concepts, history, definitions. 2. Emergency events - definitions, divisions, natural and anthropogenic disasters. 3. Integrated rescue system - basic information about the structure. 4. Emergency Medical Service - related legislation in force, position in the health care system and in IZS 5. Emergency Medical Service - related legislation in force, position in the health care system and in IZS II. 6. Medical Operations Center - basic tasks and system of operation, basic related legislation and its content. 7. Emergency medical service at the site of an emergency with mass disability. 8. Principles of sorting in case of mass disaster, sorting schemes and procedures. 9. Problems of medical transports, transport positions, transport trauma. 10. Consultation and completion of lectures, test. Exercises 1. - 2. Extraordinary event with mass disability - analysis of activities of individual IRS units. 3. - 4. Extraordinary event with mass disability - overview of EMS activities. 5. - 6. Extraordinary event with mass disability - training. 7. - 8. Transport of the patient - training with transport aids. 9. - 10. Consultation.
