Content of the professional practice: HISTOLOGY - 2 weeks - Preparation of material for histologic use. - Elemental freezing technique. - Technique of elaboration of cutting samples on mikrotome. - Hematoxylin - eosin dyeing. - Mallory's trichrome. - Histochemistry of anorganic substances. - Feulgen reaction, methyl green, apyronin. - PAS, Best's carmine. - Staining of mucopolysaccharides, mucoproteins and glycoproteins. - Sudanophilia, OsO4. - Enzyme staining. - Epithelial tissue, connective tissue, muscular tissue, nervous tissue. - Circulatory system, respiratory system, lymphatic system, endocrine system, gastrointestinal tract, urinary tract, reproductive system, integumentary system, nervous system, senses. - Evaluation of practical professional training. IMMUNOLOGY - 2 weeks - Internal and external control of investigation quality in immunologic laboratory - Material harvesting. - ELISA, RIA. - Immunofluorescent methods, IgA, IgE. - CRP. - Antibodies for grasses. - Antibodies for milk and gliacine. - Antibodies for mites. - Complement. - Immunocomplexes. - Setting of T-lymphocytes. - Opsonization test. - NBT test. - Evaluation of practical professional training.
