Course content
|
HEMATOLOGY (4 weeks) 1.Internal and external quality control in hematologic laboratory. 2.Receiving of material, organization of operation, SOP, record keeping and result distribution. 3.Capillary blood harvesting, making of peripherial blood smear. 4.Setting of complete blood count values. 5.Differential calculation, morphology of dying blood cells in norm and pathology. 6.Elemental cytochemical investigation. 7.Prothrombin test. 8.APTT. 9.Coagulation. 10.Haemophilia. 11.Investigation of fibrinogen and fibrin products. 12.Calculation of dying smear sammples from sternal puncture. 13.Evaluation of training.
