1. Principles of immunochemical methods. Principles of spectrophotometric methods. 2. Methods of glucose determination and methods for determining and compensating for diabetes. 3. Methods of determination of clinically important ions. 4. Methods of determination of clinically relevant enzymes. Methods of determination of clinically significant trace elements. 5. Methods of determination of non-protein nitrogenous substances. 6. Methods for determination of blood serum proteins. 7. Methods of determination of clinically important lipids. Methods of Determining Clinically Significant Pigments. 8. Methods of Determining Clinically Significant Hormones. Methods for determining tumor markers. 9. Methods of examination of the internal environment. Methods for determining clinically important vitamins. 10.Biochemical and cytological parameters of liquor. Methods in effluent, resolution of transudate and exudate. 11.Chemical and morphological examination of urine.
