Lectures 1. Imaging methods in radiotherapy. 2. High YEAR radiation. Hadronová radioterapie. 3. Adverse effects of radiotherapy and basics of their treatment. 4. Alternative (non-conventional) fractionation modes. 5. Controversial and controversial topics. 6. Tumors of the ENT region. 7. Thyroid and salivary gland tumors. Upper GI Tract Tumors. 8. Colorectal carcinoma, tumors of the anus. Exercises 1. Focus of the volume - cooperation and imposition of the patient, psychological approach to patients. 2. Static and motion irradiation techniques, their specifications and most common applications. 3. Fixation masks and devices, plotting fields. Simulator, patient setup and verification options. 4. Modification of radiation beam - unequal load of fields, grating, wedge fields, covering blocks, multileaf collimator, field separation. 5. X-ray therapy - indication, importance and distribution, advantages and disadvantages. 6. Practical activities at LU I. - Preparation of accelerator for operation, implementation of standard irradiation techniques. 7. Practical activities at LU II. - Implementation of special irradiation techniques (large volume and large area) radiation therapy, etc.). 8. Practical activities on LU III. - Performing verification images on a linear accelerator, performing dosimetry in vivo.
