Course content
|
Lecture 1. Explanation of concepts related to self-defence - "weapon", "necessary defence", "extreme emergency" and other institutes excluding illegality in relation to the Criminal Code or the Act on Misdemeanours. Familiarity with objects that can be used as a weapon in an attack on a rescuer and with objects that can be used for self-defence. Exercise 2. Principles of preventing potential assault - do not underestimate the situation, attention, safe distance, hands, feet, head attack. 3. Posture - "non-conflict", "combat", movements in the stance, stability. Watch out for obstacles and objects in the surroundings! 4. Preventing injuries when falling or being knocked to the ground. 5. Basic covers and blocks when attacked with hands/feet. Increase distance from the attacker. 6. Release from hand, neck, head and clothing holds. 7. Basic punches and kicks usable in self-defense. 8. Technical means and other means used in self-defence (tear gas, vehicle equipment, objects in pockets, etc.). 9. Dealing with different variants of assault - model situations Part II (inside the vehicle). 10. Final practical test - solving a selected model situation including basic application of legal concepts and possible first aid in case of injury of the attacker.
