Course content
|
The course is designed for students who wish to complete MA Anthropological studies, specialization Cultural Studies of the Middle East and Africa degree in the respective academic year. It is an oral exam in front of a jury, which each part generally lasts about 15-30 minutes. The course and other requirements of the exam regulated by the Study and Examination Regulations of The University of West Bohemia in Pilsen. During preparation for the MA exam, candidates may use individual or group consultation meetings with guarantors of disciplines relating to the exam areas. The exam confirm knowledge and skills gained during the study especially in the fields: KSA/TEV Field research KSA/MAV Methodology of anthropological sciences KSA/AMID Anthropology of power and ideology KBS/SSYY Contemporary Middle Eastern societies KBS/KMYY Cultural Minorities of the Middle East KBS/AIYY Anthropology of Islam
