Biochemical characterization of blood, liver, muscle and connective tissue. Acid-base balance. Principles of biochemical regulation at different levels. Digestion and metabolism of proteins, saccharides, fats and nucleic acids. Note: Increased number of hours for lessons is used to the possibility of extending the interpretation of the mechanism of important biochemical processes.
