1. Image perception, TV principle, TV history. 2. Displays for multimedia technology. Principles of display technologies (plasma panels, LCD panels, OLED panels, projection). 3D displays. 3. Recording the image. (CD / DVD / BD optical recording, magnetic recording, memory cards). 4. Image capture. Sensor principles, focus and image stabilization. 5. Image signal compression. 6. Systems for analogue and digital broadcasting. 7. Technical parameters of sound technology and their relation to the physiological properties of human hearing. Compression of audio signals. 8.
