Course content
|
Integrated circuits, their properties and production. Bipolar and MOS transistors, basic properties. Amplifying stages and their coupling. Feedback, influence on the input and output impedance, on the frequency response. Stability of feedback systems, correction of amplifiers. Applications of operation amplifiers. D/A and A/D converters, methods of conversion, errors and tolerances. Oscillators ? relaxation, harmonic, crystal. Combinational and sequential circuits. Metastability in sequential circuits. Samplers and "handshake" method.
