Course content
1. Introduction to the subject - presentation of the goals of andragogy as an interdisciplinary scientific discipline 2. Development of the adult education system in the Czech Republic and its comparison with adult education systems in selected EU countries 3. Basic principles of interdisciplinary cooperation in the field of adult education 4. Methods and methodology of adult education applied to the field of physiotherapy 5. Competence development for educational development of adults - development of basic teaching skills, art of presentation, effective communication, cooperative learning 6. Consulting work and possible approaches in the field of adult education 7. Development of human resources and principles of long-term sustainability 8. Team building and simulation of team roles 9. Issues of the user and target groups in the adult education process 10. Innovative educational methods - gamification, storytelling, etc. in adult education
