Lectures 1. - 2. Introduction to the field of balneology and balneotherapy, general principles of spa treatment, list of indications. 3. - 4. Diseases of the circulatory system - indications and contraindications of balneotherapy, general principles for physiotherapy, reactions and adaptations to stress, aerobic and anaerobic stress. 5. - 6. Cyclic movement activities, ergometric training. 7. - 8. Increasing muscle strength in cardiac patients, dosed field treatments. 9. - 10. Diseases of the respiratory system - indications and contraindications of balneotherapy, general principles for physiotherapy, reactions and adaptations to stress, aerobic and anaerobic stress in relation to respiratory functions. 11. - 12. Respiratory physiotherapy. Dosage of breathing training. Functional training. Relationship of posture to respiratory functions. 13. - 14. Diseases from metabolic disorders and glands with internal secretion - indications and contraindications of balneotherapy, general principles for physiotherapy, reaction and adaptation to stress, aerobic and anaerobic stress. 15. Credit test. Exercises 1. Ergometric training. 2. Cyclic movement activities: Walking. 3. - 5. Cyclic exercise activities: Nordic walking, dosed terrain treatment. 6. Cyclic exercise activities: Exercise bike, motomed. 7. - 9. Multi-peak exercise unit. 10. Strengthening in cardiology. 11. Postural adjustment during respiratory functions. 12.
