Course content
1. Health Information System (HIS) environment 2. Creation of an electronic health record (EHR) / patient card 3. Registration and administration of orders for visits to the physiotherapist and attending physician 4. Creation, registration and management of records with a therapy plan 5. Creation, registration and management of records with the results of exercises and therapy 6. Creation, registration and management of records in the HIS about the patient's condition from rounds and visits by the attending physician and nursing staff 7. Issuance of a prescription by the attending physician and registration of the prescription in the patient's EHR 8. Records and management of medicines and therapeutic aids in HIS 9. Recording, filing and management of reports and summary reports in (ERP) HIS 10. Procedures for sharing patient information and managing records in (ERP) HIS 11. Demonstration of the skill to operate (ERP) HIS for credit.
