Course content
|
In seminars the French scholarly texts are read and interpreted. The supervised reading is focused on acquiring terminology as well as specifics of the academic style in the humanities. Working with text is guided in Czech nevertheless students are led to be able to present the main theses of the text in French. A list of particular texts is published on the Courseware.

Students will be able to orient in the scholarly French texts of humanities. They will be able to summarize and express the main theses of the texts. They will be well acquainted with the French terminology in humanities. They will be motivated to use the French scholarly literature for the next study of their field. |
