1 week Introduction to the subject of French business and entrepreneurship 1. Introduction to the topic "Job search". 2nd week Description of different ways of looking for a job - ads, job offices, bankruptcy, unsolicited job application. 3rd week Recruitment of workers. Ad Analysis - business information, location, candidate profile, business contact. Week 4 Curriculum vitae and motivation letter. Traveling about a place in the business. Admission interviews. 5th week Selection of a suitable job seeker. Verification of knowledge of the 1st thematic circuit. 6th week Continuous Test on "Job Search". Week 7 Fix the ongoing test. Introduction to the "Work" topic. Getting information about a job. Week 8 Analysis of characteristics appropriate to the performance of a particular profession. Factors influencing motivation to work. Successful career. Week 9 Relationships between co-workers, their behavior towards superiors. How to ask the boss for a salary increase. 10th week Organization of further education of employees - training, retraining, qualification enhancement. 11th week Working time adjustment - fixed working hours, flexible working hours, their advantages and disadvantages. Week 12 Division of population into active and inactive. Composition of company employees - various types of work, tasks of the personal department. Week 13 Final test.
