Course content
1st week -introduction into the course. The subject of stylistics. Main terms and categories, Functional styles. 2nd week - stylistic layers of Russian vocabulary. Stylistic marks. Emotionally-expressive marks. 3rd week- administrative style 4th week - journalistic style, literary style 5th week - communicative style 6th week - scientific style and its parts 7th week - different features of Russian scientific style in comparison to the Czech one 8th week - stylistic function of synonyms, lexical and morphological synonymy 9th week - syntactical synonymy and word formation 10th week - stylistic function of antonyms and homonyms 11th week - functional sentence perspective 12th week - stylistic function of different sentence types 13th week - procedures and methods of writing a composition, genres, stylistic figures

to assign Russian-written text with the typical features of a certain functional style to the given functional style
to understand the Russian written or spoken interpretation from the field of stylistics
to correctly interpret the written and spoken (authentic and didactized) texts in Russian and the important information they provide
to understand the longer written and spoken authentic text in Russian and to create a glossary with key terms
