Course content
|
Stylistic classification of legal language in functional styles - a comparison of professional concepts in Czech and German stylistics. Macrostylistic style characteristic of legal texts: feature theme and construction laws were communicated kinds of legal texts depending on the author, recipient and function. Microstylistic style characteristic of legal texts. Language Resources constituting the style of legal texts: Lexical characteristics of legal language - the pitfalls of working with legal terms, accented word-formation processes, etc. Morphological characteristics of legal texts - ways of expressing modality in Czech and German, passive, nominal structure, etc. Syntactic characteristic of legal texts - types of clauses, types of subordinate clauses, the usual sentence elements, verbonominal ties.
