Course content
|
Content: 1. Introduction to legal issues - the basic legal concepts and principles, the rule of law in Czech Republic, the legal sector, legal profession 2. Civil law - legal acts and their annulment, legal and natural persons, legal personality and legal capacity, rights and substantive evidence, contract 3. Business Law- companies and cooperatives, types of business, the Trade Code, types of trades 4. Labor Law- establishment and termination of employment, employment contract, agreement for work outside employment 5. Labor law - the rights and obligations of employers and employees, liable for damages 6. Sports Legislation- concept of sport, sport rules, basic human rights in sport, sports associations and clubs, civic associations, the relationship athlete vs Club 7. Civil liability and criminal liability in sport- general liability, liability for injuries to amateur and professional competitions 8. Security and legislation in education- provide swimming, skiing and other courses, prevention and management of injuries in TV, the responsibility for those entrusted 9. The fight against doping- concept, methods, penalties, Czech Republic Anti-Doping Committee, legal documents 10. Funding sport- sponsorship, grants, etc., illegal machinations of the sport 11. Legal jurisprudence in the field of sports law, sports and selected legal cases 12. Legal jurisprudence in the field of sports law, sports and selected legal cases 13. Final hours- repeating
