Course content
1. Theoretical foundations of law, innovation and development 1, relationship to financial law - Legal perspective on innovation as a fundamental property of the market, the concept of entrepreneurship, perspectives on entrepreneurship - economic, legal, sociological, psychological, the role of the entrepreneur, basic assumptions of entrepreneurship - economic and legal. 2. Theoretical foundations of law, innovation and development 2, financial law and innovation - Characteristics of innovation, modern innovation theory, types of innovation - technical, technological, managerial, innovative and economic development, support for innovation and its legal framework. 3. Law, innovation and development in e-commerce - Legal and economic aspects of new forms of e-commerce. 4. Law, innovation and development in the media - Traditional and new forms of media, their legal regulation and independence. Act No. 483/1991 Czech Television, Act No. 484/1991 Czech Radio. 5. Law, innovation and development in international trade - New forms of taxes and duties related to innovations and the development of international trade. 6. Law, innovation and development through artificial intelligence - Legal regulation of AI and related issues. 7. Law, innovation and development in relation to the environment - Manifestation of sustainability and environmental policy in law. Green Deal for Europe. 8. Law of innovation and development and the role of the subject of law - Man and changes in his position in the world of development and innovation. The human body in the law. 9. Law, innovation and development in the theory of public choice - Law, economics, politics, public interest, corruption, lobbying, theory of interest groups and their mutual correlation. Act No. 159/2006 on conflict of interest. 10. Law, innovation and development in relation to new phenomena with a focus on monetary issues - Money, Bretton Woods monetary system, financial technology, crypto-assets, anarcho-capitalism. 11. Law, innovation and development, ethical and legal aspects of business corporations - Moral development of the enterprise, Corporate Governance, Theory of participating groups (Stakeholders), Corporate Social Responsibility (CRP), principles, tools and methods of ethical management, legal view of the enterprise (theory of law, Commercial Code) 12. Law, innovation and development and modern legal forms of legal entities - Trust fund, foundation, foundation, their characteristics, legal regulation and selected application problems.
