Course content
1. The importance and function of accounting, international accounting, and accounting in the Czech Republic. 2. Company assets, sources of their coverage, costs and revenues. 3. Accounts, double-entry bookkeeping, accounting evidence tools, accounting control system, digitalization in accounting. 4. Fixed assets in accounting, tangible and intangible assets. 5. Fixed assets in accounting, financial assets. 6. Inventories in accounting. 7. Short-term financial assets and cash in accounting. 8. Receivables and payables in accounting. 9. Capital and long-term liabilities. 10. Costs, revenues, profit or loss. 11. Closing operations in accounting. 12. Financial statements and their use in business management. 13. Development trends in accounting - computerization, digitalization, artificial intelligence, the draft of a new accounting act. Working with an e-learning course, Accounting 1, in the LMS UNIFOR.
