Course content
|
Subject, tasks, methods, development and current state of population geography. Fertility, fertility Morbidity, mortality Detection, processing and analysis of demographic indicators. Work with various world and Czech databases and other digital sources of demographic data. The population development in our country and the world, population thinking, theories, forecasts. Spatial aspects of the development of human populations. The current territorial distribution of the population and the factors that influence them. Population dynamics. Population structure (according to biological, economic and cultural characteristics). Rural settlement. The urban settlement, the urbanization process, and the relationship between the city and the background. Settlement systems. Selected global problems of humanity and their solutions.
