Course content
|
An integral part of the lectures are chapters devoted to topics such as the structure and evaluation of international projects, a description of the life stages of a research project, and cross-cutting topics such as ethics, gender, open access, and others. The course is also accompanied by demonstrations and examples of successful projects. 1. The European Research Area, the EU single market for research, innovation and technology. 2. Objectives of the new EU policy in the field of research and innovation. 3.-4. Funding and strategic consulting in the field of European research, practical exercises 5-6 Initiatives with an emphasis on research in the field of culture, art and creative industries - New European Bauhaus, Creative Europe etc.

The student is expected to have a basic orientation in research about the cultural and creative sector and a primary direction in grant policy and initiatives of the European Commission. Knowledge of the English language is assumed. |
