1. Semiotic and structural approach to theories and practice of visual art. 2. Contemporary theories of visual creation - an overview. Structural contexts of the theories. 3. Analysis of artistic directions of modernity. 4. Theoretical definition of postmodernism and its influence on contemporary art. 5. Important works and trends of postmodernist visual creation. The artistic process as a subject of creation. 6. Semiotic means and trends of visual art.
