1. Introduction to Didactics of History 2. Matter of Didactics of History and its historical evolution 3. Teaching of History- the importance, objective and content of this issue 4. Personality of a teacher (Specifics of History) 5. Development of History teaching in the Czech Republic 6. Methods and methodology of teaching History 7. Methods of exposure; exposure of the History content on the background of reform of curriculum 8. Methods of fixation 9. Methods of diagnosis; appropriate evaluation modules in teaching History 10. Motivation in teaching of History; external factors, internal motives 11. Preview practice and its analysis 12. Preview practice and its analysis

Knowledge
Students must have completed theoretical study focusing on the History in terms of the bachelor programme. It is absolutely necessary to complete preparation of the Czech and general history.
learning outcomes
Student makes his/her own overview of the development of teaching History in our conditions and of generally accepted principles of Czech History teaching. Students is familiar with current trends in education in terms of curriculum reform at primary and lower classes of grammar schools. Students are acquainted with sources of information and basic documents of this curriculum reform for different types of school. Students can streamline and enhance existing teaching materials and textbooks and they are able to choose the sources leading to a general knowledge of History for primary school pupils and perennial grammar school students. Students must demonstrate ability to plan effectively and select appropriate teaching methods to present and fix historical issue. Students will be familiar with using interdisciplinary thematic relations in teaching of History at elementary schools and perennial grammar schools. Student can formulate effectively outlines for didactic analysis (cross-sectional issues, key competencies, forms of evaluation and self-evaluation of students) on specific examples of history.
