Course content
In Dissertation Seminar 3, methodological, substantive and formulation issues arising from the preparation of dissertations are discussed in detail. The content of the seminar focuses on current issues in music pedagogy and music psychology, especially the psychology of ability and pedagogical music psychology in theoretical terms and in the practical teaching process. 1. Intersections of music pedagogy and music psychology on a scientific basis. 2. Comprehensive music education and comprehensive music education. 3. The most important music education concepts in our countries. 4. The most important music education concepts abroad, their contribution to our music pedagogy. 5. Current problems of the contemporary concept of music education, valid educational documents. 6. Psychology of musical abilities - selection of topics related to the topics of students' dissertations. 7. Psychology of musical skills - selection of topics related to the topics of students' dissertations. 8. Diagnostics of musicality. 9. Musicality disorders, sensory and motor amusia. 10. Problems of musically and vocally retarded children, possibilities of correction. 11. Psychology of musical perception. 12. Emotions and musical experience. 11. Selected issues of human musical development. 13. Discussion of dissertation topics.
