Course content
What are intellectual property rights, their division. Definition of the subject matter of copyright. Author of the work, personality rights of the author. Property rights of the author. Licensing agreement. Licence agreement - practical application of the provisions of the Copyright Act. Duration of property rights. Limitation of copyright. Protection of copyright - organization. Basic prerequisites of a good manager. Presentation preparation, mind mapping, objective criteria. Personality strengths and weaknesses. How to use strengths. Introduction to production activities, basic budgeting. The criterion of the goal and the art of listening, the English rule of active listening LISTENING, Culture in terms of music management, difference between management and cultural practice, Social etiquette, its transgressions, categories of importance in society. Relevant forms of appropriate business in culture non-profit and commercial organizations, artist as a profession. Forms of business activity civil association, contributory organization, foundation and endowment funds, public benefit corporation, impact of new legislation. Introduction to tax legislation; s.r.o., p.o., FO, self-employed. Introduction to marketing. Verbal and non-verbal communication. Foreign language communication, communication skills, self-presentation, presentation of own activities. Marketing 5 P organization of the event from the point of view of the producer, promoter, organizer, 5 C event from the point of view of the viewer, recipient.

  • Undergraduate study programme term essay (20-40) - 40 hours per semester
  • Contact hours - 26 hours per semester
  • Team project (50/number of students) - 12 hours per semester
