Course content
Basic assumptions of a good manager. Presentation preparation, mind mapping, target criterion The strengths and weaknesses of personality. How to use strengths. Introduction to production activities, preparation of the basic budget. The objective and listening criterion, English Listening, Culture in terms of music management, the difference between management and cultural practice, Social label, its misconduct, category of significance in society. Relevant forms of appropriate business culture - nonprofit and commercial organizations, artist as a profession. Forms of entrepreneurial activity - civic association, contributory organization, foundations and endowment funds, community benefit, impact of new legislation. Introduction to Tax Legislation; s.r.o., p.o., FO, OSVČ. Introduction to marketing. Verbal and non-verbal communication. Foreign language communication, communication skills, own presentation, presentation of own activities. Marketing - 5 P organization of the event from the point of view of production, promoter, organizer, 5 C action from the point of view of the viewer, recipient.
